Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Inkfluenc.com, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our refunds and cancellation policy.

Order Cancellations:

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@inkfluenc.com with your order number and request for cancellation.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In this case, you can proceed with a return once you receive the item.

Refunds:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@inkfluenc.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale items are also non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@inkfluenc.com.

Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
